If you are a new student, please follow these directions to access your accounts for the first time:

1. Go to www.southark.edu, scroll down and click SouthArk Email.
2. Sign into your SouthArk email with the credentials provided to you via personal email.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions for setting up your Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.
   1. IF you aren't prompted to change your password immediately after setting up your Microsoft Authenticator app, navigate to MyCampus from www.southark.edu, then click Password Reset on the left-hand side.
      1. Changing password from MyCampus on mobile device: tap the red and white arrow icon in the bottom-left, select Quick Links at the top of the side menu, then choose Password Reset.
      2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your password reset.

    Note: This password reset applies to MyCampus, Email, and Blackboard - all three will use your new password.
